These terms apply when you order images or videos from Made Reel, run by Tony Povey, trading as Made Reel (“we”, “us”). Our services are for businesses. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Your order
Before we start, we’ll confirm in writing what you’re getting, the price and when payment is due. Prices on our website are a guide; your written confirmation is what applies.
2. The first look
We create one test image of your product and send it to you before we make the rest. We start the full pack once you approve it. Delivery is within 5 working days of that approval unless we agree otherwise.
3. Changes
One round of changes is included in every pack. Further changes, or changes to the brief after you approve the first look, may be charged — we’ll always tell you the cost first.
4. The Accuracy Guarantee
If anything about your product is shown wrongly in content we deliver — its colour, shape, logo or details — tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll fix it free. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund what you paid for that item.
5. What you send us
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the product photos, logos and other materials you send us, and that the products and anything you ask us to say about them are lawful and accurate.
6. Using your content
Once you’ve paid, you can use the content we deliver to promote your business, in posts and paid ads, anywhere and with no time limit. We will only show your content in our own marketing with your permission.
7. How we make it
We use AI tools to create scenes, settings and presenters. Your product is checked against your real product photos, but the people and places are created. Never present AI presenters as real customers, and label AI content where a platform requires it — we’ll tell you where that applies.
8. What we won’t make
We don’t create fake reviews or testimonials, content that copies real people without their consent, or content that makes health or medical claims or misleads customers.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Founding client offer
The founding offer (your first product for £97) is open to our first 10 clients, one product per business, while places last. It's offered on condition that you agree we can: show the real product and finished content in our portfolio and marketing, with a link to your website; and publish a short written case study about your project, including your honest feedback in your own words. You'll approve the case study before we publish it. If you'd rather keep your content private, our standard prices apply.
11. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
