We run our own product brands. When everyone told us we needed video — and better photos than plain packshots — we did what most small brand owners do: we tried the apps. One after another, each promising professional content in minutes.

Do I need to send you my product?
No. Your product page link or a few clear photos from different angles is enough.
I have lots of products — do I pay for each one?
Not at the single price. Most brands start with a video for their bestseller. For whole ranges, our Lifestyle Image Pack and range pricing work out much cheaper per product — tell us how many you have and we’ll quote.
Are the people in the videos real?
No. Presenters and settings are created with AI. Your product is the real thing, checked for accuracy. We never present presenters as real customers.
How do you make sure it’s accurate?
We work from your own product photos and check every image and video against them before delivery. Anything that’s off gets fixed or left out.
What if I’m not happy?
You’ll see a first look before we start, and one round of changes is included. And our Accuracy Guarantee means if anything about your product is wrong, we fix it free — or you don’t pay.
Which platforms is it ready for?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Shopping and your own store. Landscape versions for YouTube are available on request.
